| dc.description.abstract | У цій роботі автори пропонують звернути увагу на те, що серед ключових цінностей, які становлять підґрунтя людської цивілізації, безпека посідає одне з ключових місць. Вона є важливою для особистості, для країни, для планети в цілому і, звичайно, для організацій. Маємо відзначити, що обговоренню різноманітних аспектів гарантування їх безпечної роботи присвячена чимала кількість публікацій. Незважаючи на це, констатуємо, що зміст самого поняття «безпека» залишається неусвідомленим деякими авторами. Ми поставили собі за мету виправити цей недолік. У методичному підґрунті цієї розвідки перебувають засоби кабінетних досліджень та систематизації відомостей, отриманих з доступних джерел інформації за їх посередництва. Встановлено, що безпека має постійні атрибути, зміна яких приводить до набуття організацією нової якості. Отже, зроблено висновок, що поточний стан безпеки є відносним. Наведене твердження виглядає аксіоматичним щодо будь-яких об’єктів, які потребують убезпечення. У статті наведено їх класифікацію. Авторами запропоновано власну дефініцію безпеки та викладено її відмінності від тих, які було піддано аналізу. Особлива увага сконцентрована на безпеці організаційних систем, ключовими складниками яких є люди: менеджмент та інші категорії найманих працівників. Запропоновано кібернетичну модель організаційної системи. Окреслено причини підвищення ролі безпеки в економічній галузі: зокрема, зміна структури споживацьких уподобань; посилення конкуренції між продуцентами заради завоювання права на їх задоволення; вичерпання джерел ресурсів та їх подорожчання; хибне розуміння владою змісту інституціональної підтримки бізнесу; ризики, пов’язані із цифровізацією економіки. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract1 | In this article the authors propose to pay attention to the fact that safety occupies the key position among values that form the basis of human civilization. It’s important for an individual, for a country, for the planet as a whole and of course for organizations. It should be noted that a great number of publications are devoted to the discussions of various aspects ensuring their safe operation. Despite this, we state that some authors don’t understand the meaning of the very concept of the term "safety". We set a goal to rectify this drawback. The methodological foundation of this investigation is based on the results of book-learning research and the systematization of some information received from different accessible sources. It’s established that security has permanent attributes, the changing of which leads to the obtaining new qualities by an organization. So, the conclusion is that the current state of safety is relative. The above statement looks axiomatic concerning any objects that need protection. Their classification is presented in the article. The authors proposed their own definition of safety and set out the differences from those that had been analyzed before. Special attention is focused on the safety of organizational systems. Their key components are people: management and other categories of employees. A cybernetic model of an organizational system is proposed. The reasons for increasing the role of safety in the economic sphere are identified. In particular, changes in the safety of consumer preferences, increased competition among producers to win the right to satisfy consumer needs, the exhaustion of resources and their rising in price, false understanding of the content of the institutional support of business by the authorities, the risks associated with the digitalization of the economy. | uk_UA |
