dc.description.abstractВиконано структуризацiю факторiв зростання продуктивностi працi й визначено їх дiю на динамiку заробiтної плати. З'ясовано, що кожен з факторiв зростання продуктивностi працi неоднаково впливає на заробiтну плату персоналу, однак в сукупностi вони формують той середнiй її рiвень, який складається на пiдприємствi. Систематизацiя факторiв зростання продуктивностi й оплати працi має велике значення у планово-аналiтичнiй роботі пiдприємства.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1It has been discussed that the level of work productivity and its dynamics are closely related to how fully and massively the factors of the positive change are realized at different levels of economy. It can be determined with the help of structuring the factors of the work productivity growth and their influence on the salary dynamics. Each productivity growth factor affects the personnel salaries unequally, but together they form the salary of the average level which develops at the enterprise. Тo assess the influence of the factors differentiation using the expert Delphi method they should be divided into five groups: 1) productivity increase factors influencing the growth of average salaries; 2) productivity growth factors that do not change the amount of the average salary; 3) productivity growth factors reducing the size of the average alary; 4) average salary growth factors not changing the level of productivity; 5) productivity decrease factors (defectors) at the same level of average salaries. Systemization of the productivity and salary growth factors plays an important role in the scheduling and analytical work of the enterprise. Using the above mentioned groups of factors and various individual factors combined differently within the groups in the development of the productivity growth plan provides different overall increase of productivity and average salaries, and hence different salary schedules.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract2Выполнено структурирование факторов роста производительности труда и определено их воздействие на динамику заработной платы. Выявлено, что каждый из факторов роста производительности труда неодинаково влияет на заработную плату персонала, однако в совокупности они составляют тот средний ее уровень, который формируется на предприятии. Систематизация факторов роста производительности и оплаты труда имеет большое значение в планово-аналитической работе предприятия.uk_UA
