''Підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства шляхом застосування кластерного підходу'' магiстерська робота на здобуття другого ступеня вищої освiти «магiстр». – Нацiональний унiверситет кораблебудування iменi адмiрала Макарова, м. Миколаїв, 2023. Метою роботи є розробка шляхів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства шляхом застосування кластерного підходу в сучасних умовах. Для досягнення поставленої мети в магістерській роботі були вирішені такі завдання: ознайомлення з конкуренцією в системі базових елементів ринкової економіки; розробка ефективного механізму формування кластерів в Україні; дослідження системи показників ефективності конкурентоспроможності підприємства; аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності СП «АГРО-ДАР»; розробка шляхів зміцнення конкурентної позиції підприємства на ринку; обґрунтування запропонованих напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності СП «АГРО-ДАР». Об'єктом дослідження є процес підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на прикладі СП «АГРО-ДАР» в кластерній системі. Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретичних, методичних та прикладних аспектів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства.

"Increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise by applying the cluster approach" master's thesis for obtaining the second degree of higher education "master". – Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University, Mykolaiv, 2023. The purpose of the work is to develop ways to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise by applying the cluster approach in modern conditions. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were solved in the master's work: familiarization with competition in the system of basic elements of the market economy; development of an effective mechanism for the formation of clusters in Ukraine; study of the system of efficiency indicators by the competitiveness of the enterprise; analysis of the financial and economic activity of JV "AGRO-DAR"; development of ways to strengthen the company's competitive position on the market; substantiation of the proposed ways of increasing the competitiveness of JV "AGRO-DAR". The object of the study is the process of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise on the example of JV "AGRO-DAR" in the cluster system. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
