dc.description.abstractОрганічне землеробство стає щороку все популярнішим серед виробників сільськогосподарської продукції. Воно є одним із способів забезпечення продовольчої безпеки держави та дотримання принципів сталого розвитку, що є невід’ємною складовою сучасного світового господарства та економіки. Метою проведеного дослідження є визначення сутності органічного виробництва, його значення для сучасного ведення бізнесу та надання рекомендацій вітчизняним агровиробникам щодо переходу від традиційного до органічного землеробства. Для досягнення поставленої мети було використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи, зокрема метод монографії під час аналізу літературних джерел, статистичні методи для оцінки та аналізу сучасного стану органічного землеробства; при формуванні та написанні висновків – метод узагальнення. Проведене дослідження свідчить про те, що в Україні органічне виробництво розвивається та має усі передумови та перспективи до подальшого розширення виробництва та кількості сертифікованих органічних сільськогосподарських угідь. Зокрема, дані щодо експорту вітчизняної органічної продукції в країни ЄС вказують на затребуваність української сировини на міжнародному ринку. Враховуючи отримані результати, було виокремлено основні конкурентні переваги органічної продукції, серед яких: якість продукції, екологічність упаковки, зменшення витрат на виробництво за рахунок заборони використання отрутохімікатів, відповідність міжнародним стандартам та цілям сталого розвитку. Формування вказаних переваг забезпечить зміцнення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних виробників на вітчизняному та міжнародному ринках. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає у визначенні основних конкурентних переваг органічної продукції та надані практичних рекомендацій щодо переходу на органічне землеробство сучасних сільськогосподарських виробників. Отримані у ході дослідження результати можуть бути застосовані, як дорожня карта для представників агробізнесу для майбутнього переходу від традиційного сільського господарства та органічного, а уже існуючі – для розвитку та розширення виробництва.
dc.description.abstract1Organic farming is becoming more and more popular among agricultural producers every year. It is one of the ways to ensure food security of the state and compliance with the principles of sustainable development, which is an integral part of the modern world economy and economy. The purpose of the conducted research is to determine the essence of organic production, its importance for modern business and to provide recommendations to domestic agricultural producers regarding the transition from traditional to organic farming. To achieve the goal, general scientific and special methods were used, in particular, the monograph method during the analysis of literary sources, statistical methods of evaluation and analysis of the current state of organic farming; when forming and writing conclusions – the method of generalization. The conducted research shows that organic production in Ukraine is developing and has all the prerequisites and prospects for further expansion of production and the number of certified organic agricultural lands. In particular, data on the export of domestic organic products to EU countries indicate the demand for Ukrainian raw materials on the international market. Taking into account the obtained results, the main competitive advantages of organic products were singled out, including: product quality, environmental friendliness of packaging, reduction of production costs due to the ban on the use of toxic chemicals, compliance with international standards and sustainable development goals. The formation of these advantages will ensure the strengthening of the competitiveness of domestic manufacturers on the domestic and international markets. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the determination of the main competitive advantages of organic products and the provision of practical recommendations for the transition to organic farming of modern agricultural producers.
