dc.description.abstractОбґрунтовано доцiльнiсть використання системи контролiнrу в управлiннi морськими портами України. Встановлено, що впровадження системи контролiнгу повинно базуватися на iдеях системноrо пiдходу. Вказанi основнi фактори i мотиви для створення системи контролiнгу в морських портах i запропоновано використовувати цю систему в дiяльностi морських портiв з метою гнучкоrо реагування та своєчасного надання керiвництву пiдприємства актуальних, орiєнтованих на результат iнформацiйних блокiв i рекомендацiй, що забезпечують ефективне прийняття оптимальних управлiнських рiшень.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1It was determined that the sea port is a complex transport system. For this reason, the process of its operation and development are affected not only internal but also external factors, confirming the specificity of a port management. As a result, the necessity of creating a system capable of providing not only information, analyzing performance of the port, and make recommendations to management in making management decisions, to carry out continuous monitoring of the condition of the enterprise and external environment, regardless of the activities of the port services. The aim of the article is to study the feasibility of using the controlling system in the management of sea ports of Ukraine. It has been established that the introduction of a controlling system should be based on the ideas of a systematic approach and be a subsystem, forming the unity and integrity, but they have different functions and tasks. The shown are the main factors and motives for the creation of a system of controlling in seaports and asked to use the system in the activities of sea ports with the aim of flexible response and timely management of the company relevant, results-oriented information blocks and recommendations to ensure the effective adoption of optimal management decisions. It is proposed the phased introduction of a controlling system and found that for its implementation it is necessary to create a special service of the controlling, by means of which will assist and support the leadership of the port to make informed and optimal management decisions.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract2Обоснована целесообразность использования системы контроллинга в управлении морскими портами Украины. Установлено, что внедрение системы контроллинга должно базироваться на идеях системного подхода. Указаны основные факторы и мотивы для создания системы контроллинга в морских портах и предложено использовать эту систему в деятельности морских портов с целью гибкоrо реагирования и своевременного предоставления руководству предприятия актуальных, ориентированных на результат информационных блоков и рекомендаций, обеспечивающих эффективное принятие оптимальных управленческих решений.uk_UA
