dc.description.abstractМетодичні вказівки для самопідготовки з дисципліни «Спортивна морфологія» складені з урахуванням завдань навчального курсу освітньо-професійної програми підготовки першого рівня освітнього вишколу фахівців галузі знань 01 «Освіта/Педагогіка» спеціальності 017 «Фізична культура і спорт» та мають два модулі. За структурою вони побудовані за курсом лекцій і призначені для підготовки студентів до практичних занять з кожної теми згідно з метою практичного заняття, а також містять рекомендації для самостійної підготовки за літературою і переліком питань, які будуть розглядатися. Практичні заняття поділені на теоретичну частину, де розглядається засвоєння студентами теоретичних знань теми заняття, та практичної частини, де студенти оволодівають практичними навичками за кожною темою. Звернена увага на навчально-матеріальне забезпечення заняття та питання професійної орієнтації для подальшого застосування набутих знань у їхній майбутній професійній діяльності. Методичні вказівки з дисципліни «Спортивна морфологія» дозволяють оволодіти знаннями адаптаційних морфологічних змін людського організму на тлі занять фізичними вправами та шляхи контролю за цими змінами для отримання якомога вищих спортивних результатів і попередження виникнення перетренованості й патологічних відхилень. Під час укладання методичних вказівок для дисципліни «Спортивна морфологія» використовуються міжпредметні зв’язки з такими дисциплінами: «Анатомія людини», «Фізіологія людини».
dc.description.abstract1Methodical instructions for self-training in the discipline “Sports morphology. Research methods in medical control” are compiled taking into account the objectives of the educational course of the educational and professional training program of the first level of educational training of specialists in the field of knowledge 01 “Education/Pedagogy” specialty 017 “Physical culture and sports” and have two modules. In terms of structure, they are built according to the course of lectures and are intended to prepare students for practical classes on each topic according to the purpose of the practical class, and also contain recommendations for independent preparation based on the literature and a list of issues to be considered. Practical classes are divided into a theoretical part, where students’ assimilation of theoretical knowledge of the topic of the class is considered, and a practical part, where students acquire practical skills for each topic. Attention is paid to educational and material provision of classes and the issue of professional orientation for further application of the acquired knowledge in their future professional activities. Methodical guidelines for the discipline “Sports morphology. Research methods in medical control” allow you to master the knowledge of adaptive morphological changes of the human body against the background of physical exercises and ways to control these changes in order to obtain the highest possible sports results and prevent the occurrence of overtraining and pathological deviations. When compiling methodological instructions for the discipline “Sports morphology. Research methods in medical control” use interdisciplinary connections with the following disciplines: “Human Anatomy”, “Human Physiology”.
