dc.description.abstractМета. Метою роботи є дослідження рівня задоволеності жителів міста Миколаєва якістю води з різних джерел водопостачання. Методикою дослідження було обрано соціально-екологічне опитування, яке передбачає проведення анкетування серед жителів міста Миколаєва з метою з'ясування їхнього рівня задоволеності якістю води з різних джерел водопостачання, встановлення співвідношення користувачів централізованою системою чи свердловинами різних типів (приватними чи муніципальними), а також отримання даних щодо використання респондентами додаткових методів очистки води для власних потреб. Результати дослідження – виявлення основних проблем у водозабезпеченні та оцінку впливу цих проблем на якість життя населення міста, отримання даних щодо найбільш доступних для населення додаткових джерел питної води, а також визначення відношення мешканців до необхідності застосування систем додаткового очищення та збереження якості води. Наукова новизна Вперше проведено соціально-екологічне дослідження рівня задоволення населення міста Миколаєва якістю води, яке висвітлює не тільки гострі проблеми водопостачання прифронтового міста, інфраструктура якого постраждала від постійних обстрілів та руйнувань, а й загально-екологічні питання, які хвилюють населення, і впливають на стан довкілля. Отримана інформація чітко висвітлює найголовніші екологічні проблеми, які впливають на повсякденне життя з точки зору мешканців міста. Практична значимість роботи полягає у виявленні слабких місць, що можуть впливати на якість водопостачання. Це включає перевірку реєстрації всіх джерел води та виявлення змін, спрямованих на покращення якості питної води. Отримані дані здатні допомогти органам місцевого самоврядування створити цілісну картину впливу існуючої системи водозабезпечення на якість життя населення міста, передбачити можливі негативні наслідки, накреслити шляхи і засоби оптимального вирішення проблем для розробки та впровадження стратегій поліпшення якості водопостачання.
dc.description.abstract1Purpose. The aim of the study is to investigate the level of satisfaction of Mykolaiv city residents with the quality of water from different sources of water supply. The research methodology was a social and environmental survey, which involved conducting a survey among the residents of Mykolaiv to determine their level of satisfaction with the quality of water from different sources of water supply, calculating the proportion of the population that used the centralized system or various types of wells (private or municipal), and obtaining data on the use by respondents of additional water treatment methods for their own needs. The results of the study include identifying the primary фissues with the city's water supply and evaluating the effects these issues have on the citizens' standard of living. Additionally gathering information on the most accessible supplementary drinking water sources for the populace and assessing how the locals feel about the necessity of implementing systems for further treatment and water quality preservation. Scientific novelty for the first time, a socio-ecological study of the level of satisfaction of the population of Mykolaiv with the quality of water was conducted, which highlights not only the acute problems of water supply in the frontline city, whose infrastructure has suffered from constant shelling and destruction, but also general environmental issues that concern the population and affect the environment. The data acquired clearly highlights the most significant environmental issues that have an impact on daily living from the point of view of the inhabitants of the city. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that it provides specific data and recommendations for improving the water supply system, ensuring the proper quality of drinking water for residents. The information gathered can assist local authorities in developing a comprehensive picture of how the city's current water supply system affects residents' quality of life, predicting possible negative consequences, outlining the best course of action for solving issues, and developing and implementing strategies for improving water supply quality.
