| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність теми. Розвиток співробітництва між державами та іншими учасниками міжнародних відносин пов'язаний з функціонуванням цілої системи міждержавних та недержавних організацій глобального і регіонального значення. Зростання взаємозалежності світових інституцій, виникнення та загострення глобальних проблем спонукали зростання актуальності пошуку шляхів підвищення ефективності багатостороннього співробітництва та поширенню його сфери. Міжнародне співробітництво у матеріальній сфері проявляється у таких формах: міжнародна спеціалізація та кооперація виробництва; спільне виробництво продукції на двочи багатосторонній основі, коли окремі країни беруть участь у випуску тієї чи тієї продукції; праця у сфері капітального будівництва; організація спільних підприємств. На сучасному етапі існування валютно-фінансового співробітництва міжнародні організації відіграють все більш помітну роль в світовій економіці. Їх діяльність вносить необхідне регулювання та сприяє встановленню стабільності у функціонування валютно-розрахункових відносин. Серед найбільш впливовіших міжнародних валютно-фінансових інституцій виділяють так звані «Бреттон-Вудські організації», до яких відносять Міжнародний валютний фонд (МВФ) та Світовий банк (СБ). Окрім того найбільш потужними та дієвими організаціями також є Банк міжнародних розрахунків, регіональні банки та валютно-кредитні організації Європейського Союзу (Європейський фонд валютного співробітництва, Європейський інвестиційний банк, Європейський банк реконструкції і розвитку, Північної Америки (Міжамериканський банк розвитку), Південно-Східної Азії (Азіатський банк розвитку) та ін. Деякі країни Східної та Центральної Європи досягли значних економічних результатів саме завдяки підтримці міжнародними кредиторами реформ, здійснюваних їх керівництвом. Оскільки поточна підтримка української економіки та її відбудова після війни були б неможливими без фінансової підтримки міжнародних фінансових організацій, питання " Співробітництво України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями в контексті реалізації її національних інтересів "набуває першочергового значення. Наразі дослідженню проблем та перспектив співробітництва України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями в контексті її національних інтересів присвячені наукові праці таких вчених, як А. Кредисова, Б. Губського, В. Новицького, А. Поручника, С. Сокаленка, А. Філіпенка, О. Щербини, М. Бучинської, С. Яникіна, Л. Ринейської та ін. Однак актуальність цієї тематики не знижується і постійно потребує постійного моніторингу та наукових досліджень. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз співпраці країн з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями, вплив кредитів, наданих міжнародними фінансовими організаціями, на економіку України. В рамках мети дослідження слід виділити наступні дослідницькі завдання: 1. Дослідити історію та передумови формування міжнародних фінансових організацій. 2. Визначити цілі та особливості кредитів, що надаються міжнародними фінансовими організаціями країнам-членам. 3. Виявити проблеми та перспективи подальшої співпраці з цими організаціями на прикладі України. Об’єктом дослідження є співпраця України та інших країн з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями, зокрема з Міжнародним валютним фондом, групою Світового банку (наприклад, Міжнародним банком реконструкції та розвитку, Міжнародною асоціацією розвитку) та Європейським банком реконструкції та розвитку. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та прикладних аспектів сучасного періоду розвитку діяльності міжнародних фінансових установ та питання їх співпраці з Україною та іншими країнами. Методологічну основу дослідження склали методи наукової абстракції, аналізу, синтезу, індукції, дедукції, логічного аналізу, системного підходу тощо. Для вирішення окремих завдань в кваліфікаційної роботі також застосовувалися такі методи: монографічний – при вивченні літературних джерел; абстрактно-логічний – для здійснення теоретичних узагальнень, формування висновків та обґрунтування нових гіпотез; функціональної оцінки – для визначення сучасних тенденцій розвитку співпраці з міжнародними фінансовими установами. Інформаційну базу дослідження складає законодавство України, статистичні матеріали Національного банку України та Міністерства фінансів України, Міжнародного валютного фонду, Міжнародного банку реконструкції та розвитку, Європейського банку реконструкції та розвитку, наукові статті вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників, інтернет-ресурси. В роботі використовувалися монографічна і довідкова література, наукові праці вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених, матеріали періодичних видань. Структура і обсяг роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Повний обсяг роботи 67 сторінок, з них основний текст – 51 сторінка. Робота містить 12 таблиць, 2 схеми. Список використаних джерел налічує 39 найменування на 4 сторінках. | |

The development of cooperation between states and other participants in international relations is connected with the functioning of a whole system of interstate and non-state organizations of global and regional importance. The growing interdependence of world institutions, the emergence and aggravation of global problems prompted the growing urgency of finding ways to increase the effectiveness of multilateral cooperation and expand its scope. International cooperation in the material sphere manifests itself in the following forms: international specialization and cooperation in production; joint production of products on a bilateral or multilateral basis, when individual countries participate in the production of this or that product; work in the field of capital construction; organization of joint ventures. At the current stage of currency and financial cooperation, international organizations play an increasingly prominent role in the world economy. Their activity introduces the necessary regulation and contributes to the establishment of stability in the functioning of currency settlement relations. Among the most influential international monetary and financial institutions are the so-called "Bretton Woods organizations", which include the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank (WB). In addition, the most powerful and effective organizations are also the Bank for International Settlements, regional banks and monetary and credit organizations of the European Union (European Fund for Monetary Cooperation, European Investment Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, North America (Inter-American Development Bank), Southeast Asia (Asian Development Bank) and others. Some countries of Eastern and Central Europe have achieved significant economic results thanks to the support of international creditors for the reforms carried out by their leadership. Since the current support of the Ukrainian economy and its reconstruction after the war would be impossible without the financial support of international financial organizations, the issue of "Ukraine's cooperation with international financial organizations in the context of the implementation of its national interests" is of primary importance. Currently, scientific works by such scientists as A. Kredysov, B. Gubskyi, V. Novytskyi, A. Poruchnyk, S. Sokalenko, A. Filipenko, O. Shcherbyna are devoted to the study of the problems and prospects of cooperation of Ukraine with international financial organizations in the context of its national interests , M. Buchynska, S. Yanykina, L. Ryneyska. etc. However, the relevance of this topic does not decrease and constantly requires constant monitoring and scientific research. The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the cooperation of countries with international financial organizations, the impact of loans provided by international financial organizations on the economy of Ukraine. The following research tasks should be identified as part of the research objective: 1. to investigate the history and prerequisites of the formation of international financial organizations; 2. to determine the goals and features of loans provided by international financial organizations to member countries; 3. identify problems and prospects for further cooperation with these organizations on the example of Ukraine . The object of study is the cooperation of Ukraine and other countries with international financial organizations, in particular with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank Group (for example, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The subject of research is a set of theoretical and applied aspects of the modern period of development of international financial institutions and the issue of their cooperation with Ukraine and other countries. Methodological basis of the research was the methods of scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, logical analysis, system approach, etc. The following methods were also used to solve individual tasks in the qualification work: monographic – when studying literary sources; abstract-logical – for making theoretical generalizations, forming conclusions and substantiating new hypotheses; functional assessment – to determine modern trends in the development of cooperation with international financial institutions. Information base of the research consists of the legislation of Ukraine, statistical materials of the National Bank of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, scientific articles by domestic and foreign researchers, and Internet resources. The work used monographic and reference literature, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, materials of periodicals. Structure and scope of work. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources. The full volume of the work is 67 pages, of which the main text is 51 pages. The work contains 12 tables, 2 diagrams. The list of used sources includes 39 names on 4 pages. | |
