dc.description.abstractУ процесi реструктуризацiї й формування сучасних органiзацiйних структур, здатних до самоуправлiння та саморозвитку, виникає завдання отримати комплексну оцiнку їх ефективностi. Проводиться порiвняльний аналiз топологiчних властивостей деяких типових лiнiйно-функцiональних органiзацiйних структур з використанням ряду критерiїв, що характеризують й оцiнюють топологiчнi властивостi деревоподiбних графiв. За пiдсумками проведеного аналiзу запропоновано варiанти перетворень органiзацiйних структур для їх оптимiзацiї.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1In the process of restructuring and formation of organizational structures of modern enterprises, capable of self-management and self-development, there is the problem of obtaining a comprehensive estimation of their efficiency. Organizational structures of such enterprises are line-functional. On the one hand, they have a strict hierarchy, on the other hand, they differ significantly in the number of their constituent units (divisions, departments, etc.). This indicates a sharp uneven distribution of management information load in the existing structural enterprises. The aim of the research is the comparative analysis of the topological properties of some typical line-functional organizational structures, using a number of criteria that characterize and assess the topological properties of tree graphs for the estimation of their efficiency. The analysis of the most typical examples of organizational structures of production and trading companies is made. They are: the organizational structure of industrial enterprise which develops and produces custom-technical products in small batches; the organizational structure of industrial enterprise which produces various types of limited-edition products on a single technological base; the organizational structure of the IT-company which deals with system integration (production and wholesale of office equipment and software, design and installation of local area networks, etc.). The results of the analysis are the identification of the inefficiency of the considered organizational structures by the specified criteria and suggestion of variants of their restructuring. The practical value of this research lies in the ability to use the considered technique of analysis of line-functional organizational structures to identify their problematic aspects and find ways to solve them.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract2В процессе реструктуризации и формирования современных организационных структур, способных к самоуправлению и саморазвитию, возникает задача получения комплексной оценки их эффективности. Проводится сравнительный анализ топологических свойств некоторых типовых линейно-функциональных организационных структур с использованием ряда критериев, характеризующих и оценивающих топологические свойства древовидных графов. По итогам проведённого анализа предложены варианты преобразований организационных структур для их оптимизации.uk_UA
