dc.description.abstractМета. Проаналізувати сучасний стан лісових ресурсів України та Житомирської області та розглянути шляхи їх покращення. Об’єктом досліджень є лісові ресурси в Україні та Житомирській області. Предмет досліджень – розподіл лісових ресурсів в Україні та Житомирській області. Методика. Дослідження проводилися шляхом збирання інформації з екологічних паспортів та статистичних щорічників щодо вивчення структури лісового фонду України та Житомирської області, опрацюванні літературних джерел та інтернетресурсів. Результати. У цій роботі представлено аналіз поточного стану лісової галузі в Житомирській області. Аналіз показав, що основні економічні показники вітчизняної лісової галузі покращуються, в той час як екологічні показники погіршуються. Виявлено тенденції та закономірності розвитку вітчизняного лісового сектору. Враховуючи сучасний стан лісового сектору країни та необхідність вирішення питання збалансованого управління лісовими ресурсами з метою забезпечення ефективності соціально-економічного розвитку, запропоновано концепцію інтегрованого підходу до забезпечення збалансованого лісокористування. Такий підхід може враховувати всі аспекти лісокористування (економічні, екологічні, соціальні, технологічні, організаційні тощо) та їх взаємозв'язки. Шляхи та засоби вирішення проблеми використання лісових ресурсів включають реформування лісового господарства на основі позитивного національного та міжнародного досвіду, поєднання заходів державної підтримки та запровадження ринкових механізмів у лісовому секторі. Наукова новизна отриманих матеріалів полягає в тому, що проаналізовано сучасний стан лісових ресурсів у Житомирській області. Детально представлено особливості використання продукції лісу лісогосподарськими підприємствами. Описано екологічний стан насаджень та основні причини його погіршення. Практична значимість. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для пошуку шляхів щодо раціонального використання, відтворення та охорони лісових ресурсів.
dc.description.abstract1Purpose. To analyze the current state of forest resources of Ukraine and Zhytomyr region and to consider ways to improve them. The object of research is forest resources in Ukraine and Zhytomyr Region. The subject of research is the distribution of forest resources in Ukraine and Zhytomyr Region. Method. The research was conducted by collecting information from ecological passports and statistical yearbooks regarding the study of the structure of the forest fund of Ukraine and Zhytomyr region, processing literary sources and Internet resources. The results. Thiswork presents an analysis of the current state of the forest industry in the Zhytomyr Region. The analysis showed that the main economic indicators of the domestic forestry industry are improving, while the environmental indicators are deteriorating. The trends and regularities of the development of the domestic forestry sector have been revealed. Taking into account the current state of the country's forest sector and the need to solve the issue of balanced management of forest resources in order to ensure the effectiveness of socio-economic development, the concept of an integrated approach to ensuring balanced forest use is proposed. This approach can take into account all aspects of forest use (economic, ecological, social, technological, organizational, etc.) and their interrelationships. Ways and means of solving the problem of the use of forest resources include reforming forestry based on positive national and international experience, combining state support measures and introducing market mechanisms in the forest sector. The scientific novelty of the obtained materials lies in the fact that the current state of forest resources in the Zhytomyr region has been analyzed. Features of the use of forest products by forestry enterprises are presented in detail. The ecological state of plantations and the main reasons for its deterioration are described. Practical significance. The results of the research can be used to find ways to rationally use, reproduce and protect forest resources.
