dc.description.abstractАктуальнiсть. Реформування вiтчизняної системи освiти за Болонськими та свiтовими стандартами визначило досить гостру необхiднiсть наукових пошукiв методiв оптимiзацiї, удосконалення сучасної системи фiзичного виховання учнiв загальноосвiтнiх шкiл України. Питання реформування вимагає не калькування захiдних стандартiв, а пошуку власного шляху, врахування досвiду передових країн свiту у сферi фiзичного виховання дiтей та юнацтва. Важливим джерелом визначення сучасної стратегiї розвитку сфери фiзичного виховання в Українi є аналiз передового досвiду органiзацiї навчально-виховного процесу, дослiдження закономiрностей та тенденцiй розвитку цiєї важливої складової частини освiтньої сфери на Європейському континентi та в свiтi загалом. Завдяки майбутньому реформуванню шкiльної освiти ми даємо змогу довести її до вiдповiднiстi європейських стандартiв, що вкрай необхiдно для України як асоцiйованого члена Євросоюзу. Як вiдзначається в низцi державних програмно-нормативних документах, європейська iнтеграцiя України передбачає приєднання до конвенцiй Ради Європи, якi стосуються розвитку фiзичної культури i спорту. Наголошується на необхiдностi проведення аналiзу ефективностi спiвпрацi та визначення дiєвого механiзму впровадження в Українi мiжнародних програм, досвiду роботи iноземних держав з розвитку зазначеної галузi. Актуальнiсть дослiдження зумовлена цiннiстю досвiду країн Європи i свiту в реформуваннi системи фiзичного виховання школярiв для вдосконалення названої системи в сучаснiй Українi. Тому не випадково питання органiзацiї i методики фiзичного виховання в зарубiжних країнах цiкавлять багатьох сучасних українських та зарубiжних фахiвцiв, а саме: Турчик I. Х. (2005), Турчина А. I. (2003), Вiльчковського Е. С. (2004), Волкова Л. В. (2003), Т. Ю. Круцевич (2004), О. С. Куц (1995), В. М. Лабскiр (2003), Л. П. Сергiєнка (2001), Б. М. Шиян (1999), С. І. Гуськова (2000), А. П. Зотова (2002), Д. А. Крадман (1973), Z. Krawczyk, А. Malska (1997), Т. Lisicki, В. Wilk (2005), J. Pospiech (2001), Z. Jaworsky (2001) та iн. Аналiз лiтературних джерел i наукових дослiджень свiдчить про те, що проблема даної роботи є значно актуальною для сучасного суспiльства, в зв’язку з євроiнтеграцiєю України та реформуванням нацiональної шкiльної освiти. Отже, актуальнiсть цiєї проблеми, її недостатнє висвiтлення в педагогiчнiй теорiї зумовили вибiр теми. Об’єкт дослiдження – система шкiльного фiзичного виховання i спорту у рiзних країнах свiту. Предмет дослiдження – мета, завдання, змiст i форми фiзичного виховання та спорту у рiзних країнах свiту. Мета – дослiдити особливостi органiзацiї фiзичного виховання i спорту школярiв у рiзних країнах свiту, з метою пошуку шляхiв удосконалення сучасної системи фiзичного виховання учнiв загальноосвiтнiх шкiл України. Завдання: 1. Провести аналiз спецiальної лiтератури з проблеми сучасних тенденцiй розвитку системи фiзичного виховання i спорту у рiзних країнах свiту. 2. Проаналiзувати програмно-нормативнi основи фiзичного виховання i спорту Європейської та Американьської шкiльної освiти. 3. Виявити базовi iдеї i принципи органiзацiї системи фiзичного виховання i спорту Європейської та Американьської шкiльної освiти. 4. Проаналiзувати сучаснi тенденцiї iнтеграцiї Української шкiльної освiти в свiтовий освiтнiй простiр. Новизна роботи полягає у здiйсненнi аналiзу сучасного стану фiзичного виховання та спорту в європейськiй та свiтовiй шкiльнiй освiтi; у розкриттi принципiв, провiдних тенденцiї та специфiки органiзацiї викладання предмету “Фiзкультурна освiта” у країнах свiту. В розробцi рекомендацiй щодо можливостей використання досвiду органiзацiї фiзичного виховання та спорту країн свiту у реформуваннi шкiльної освiти України на сучасному етапi. Практична значення дослiдження роботи полягає в узагальненнi та поширеннi iнформацiї про шкiльне фiзичне виховання i спорт у країнах свiту, досвiд яких може бути використаний у системi фiзичного виховання школярiв України. Апробацiя результатiв. Результати дослiджень не було представлено на конференцiї. Структура та обсяг магiстерської роботи. Текст магiстерської роботи викладений на 80 сторiнках. Вона складається зi вступу, трьох роздiлiв, висновкiв i списку використаних джерел, який мiстить 49 посилань лiтератури, серед них 4 – зарубiжних. Цифровi данi представлено у 8 таблицях та iлюстровано 5 рисунками.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Relevance. Reforming the domestic education system according to Bologna and world standards has determined a rather urgent need for scientific research on optimization methods, improvement of the modern system of physical education of secondary schools in Ukraine. The issue of reform does not require tracing Western standards, but finding one's own way, taking into account the experience of advanced countries in the field of physical education of children and youth. An important source for determining the modern strategy for the development of physical education in Ukraine is the analysis of best practices in the organization of the educational process, the study of patterns and trends in this important part of the educational sphere on the European continent and in the world. Thanks to the future reform of school education, we make it possible to bring it in line with European standards, which is extremely necessary for Ukraine as an associate member of the European Union. As noted in a number of state program and regulatory documents, Ukraine's European integration provides for accession to Council of Europe conventions relating to the development of physical culture and sports. Emphasis is placed on the need to analyze the effectiveness of cooperation and determine the effective mechanism for implementing international programs in Ukraine, the experience of foreign countries in the development of this industry. The urgency of the study is due to the value of the experience of European countries and the world in reforming the system of physical education of schoolchildren to improve this system in modern Ukraine. Therefore, it is no coincidence that the issues of organization and methods of physical education in foreign countries are of interest to many modern Ukrainian and foreign specialists, namely: Turchyk I. Kh. (2005), Turchin A. I. (2003), Vilchkovsky E. S. (2004), Volkov L. V. (2003), T.Yu. Krutsevich (2004), O. S. Kuts (1995), V. M. Labskir (2003), L. P. Sergienko (2001), B. M. Shiyan (1999), S. I. Guskov (2000), A. P. Zotov (2002), D. A. Kradman (1973), Z. Krawczyk, A. Malska (1997), T. Lisicki, V. Wilk (2005), J. Pospiech (2001), Z. Jaworsky (2001) and others. The analysis of literary sources and scientific researches testifies that the problem of the given work is considerably actual for a modern society, in connection with European integration of Ukraine and reforming of national school education. Thus, the urgency of this problem, its insufficient coverage in pedagogical theory led to the choice of topic. The object of research is the system of school physical education and sports in different countries of the world. The subject of research is the purpose, tasks, content and forms of physical education and sports in different countries of the world. The purpose is to investigate the peculiarities of the organization of physical education and sports of schoolchildren in different countries of the world, in order to find ways to improve the modern system of physical education of students of secondary schools of Ukraine. Task: 1. To carry out the analysis of the special literature on a problem of modern tendencies of development of system of physical training and sports in different countries of the world. 2. To analyze the program-normative bases of physical education and sports of European and American school education. 3. Identify the basic ideas and principles of the organization of the system of physical education and sports of European and American school education. 4. To analyze modern tendencies of integration of the Ukrainian school education into the world educational space. The novelty of the work lies in the analysis of the current state of physical education and sports in European and world school education; in revealing the principles, leading tendencies and specifics of the organization of teaching the subject "Physical Education" in the countries of the world. In the development of recommendations on the possibilities of using the experience of the organization of physical education and sports of the world in the reform of school education in Ukraine at the present stage. The practical significance of the research is to generalize and disseminate information about school physical education and sports in countries around the world, the experience of which can be used in the system of physical education of schoolchildren in Ukraine. Approbation of results. The results of the research were not presented at the conference. Structure and volume of master's work. The text of the master's work is set out on 80 pages, it consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and a list of sources used, which contains 49 references, including 4 – foreign. Numerical data are presented in 8 tables and illustrated with 5 figures.uk_UA
