dc.description.abstract1The essence of the concepts "competitiveness of the human capital" and "competitive advantages of youth on the labour market" has been disclosed in the article. The classification of the factors of formation of the human capital competitiveness is developed. The specific factors influencing the realization of competitive advantages of youth on the labour market are determined. The interrelation of the youth competitive advantages and human capital quality is represented. The trends of youth economic activity and employment structure are analysed. The results of the sociological research revealed the factors interfering the realization of youth competitive advantages and employment. The suggestions concerning the overcoming of difficulties in the realization of the human capital in the youth labour market are developed.uk_UA
